Volta Trucks, a hypergrowth European Electric Truck Manufacturer, is looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR team. This is a hybrid role split between our site in Duisberg, remote working and our sites throughout Europe.
This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious scale-up where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the manufacturing strategy for a forward thinking, rapidly expanding business.
What you will do:
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Business Partner is responsible for the delivery of generalist HR support to a number of our business units in Germany and the Benelux region.
- Deliver and manage HR day to day activies and operational solutions
- Play a key role in keeping a good employee relations environment and a high level of staff engagement
- Help develop processes and suggest improvements including as necessary
- Lead and support on HR project activities
- Create, develop and implement practical and effective methods, to enhance the HR experience for employees
We would like you to have:
- HR experience working within fast paced scaling, ideally global operations
- Experience in a HRBP role, supporting multiple business units across multiple countries
- Ability to engage with all stakeholders, including at a senior level
