We are looking for an Aftersales Account Manager (TaaS manager) to join our Truck as a service Department at Volta Trucks.

The role:

The Aftersales Account Manager plays a critical role to ensure our customers receive an exceptional level of service from both front of house/workshop and everything in between. You will lead the Truck-as-a-Service onboarding process for several customers, projects managing the setup of everything from charging infrastructure installation, training, and any required customization to our maintenance and servicing offering.

What you will do:

  • Be responsible for managing customer account post sales
  • Be the principal point of contact for: escalation, follow up meetings, relevant amendments to the TaaS package
  • Providing dashboard and customers updates
  • Building KPI’s relevant to each customers
  • Maintain customer profile information to strategically build relationships going forward

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in technical account management
  • The ability to solve problems, prioritize, delegate, and communicate with internal customers, suppliers, and External customers
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, systems, and database programs
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal in both German and English. An additional language would be a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on approach, practical and enthusiastic
