Volta Trucks, a hypergrowth European Electric Truck Manufacturer, is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to support the TaaS department in our Service Centre in Madrid, Spain. This is an opportunity to join a new team based in Spain and shape the company’s go-to-market strategy from the outset.

What you will do:

We are looking for a passionate individual with excellent customer service skills to provide technical support to Volta Trucks in Madrid, Spain.
Work on the service center site, answering incoming calls from customers covering all aspects of the TaaS offer.
Ensure coverage of the phone and other incoming channels during business hours.
Create worksheets and track them to the end, keeping clients informed at all stages.
Work with the TaaS team to develop customer service best practices.
Work with the service center team to contact customers when necessary to book routine maintenance.

We would like you to have:

Experience in an automotive service center, preferably in the field of commercial vehicles (desirable)
You have a solid experience in customer service, whether face-to-face or in a call center.
Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
Ability to work autonomously in the fast-paced, complex and ambiguous environment of a start-up
Fluency in English essential.
