Volta Trucks, a hypergrowth European Electric Truck Manufacturer, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management team.
The Product Manager is responsible for designing, leading and controlling the entire product series and/or cross-product processes at Volta Trucks in North America. That covers product strategy as well as operational topics – e. g. volume & pricing planning, local market regulations and customer-specific applications. This role requires detailed knowledge and experience with US homologation standards and processes.

What you will do:
- Take ownership and responsibility for Volta Trucks’ product range, especially for North American markets (mainly USA, Canada) –e. g. vehicle platforms, bodies components/systems and technologies.
- Create, maintain and drive product strategies, roadmaps and lifecycles
- Supervise and guide homologation-related product activities – i. e. features, functions and components to comply with US regulations.
- Provide insights/strategies regarding local production (thresholds) and potential business partners – especially for bodies and auxiliaries
We would like you to have:
- Significant technical sales or Product Management experience - preferably in the Automotive/ commercial vehicle industry (including body builders)
- Ideally, experience working in legacy and start-up organizations.
- Experience and understanding of commercial vehicle fleet procurement and operation processes are a plus.
