Volta Trucks, a hypergrowth European Electric Truck Manufacturer, is looking for an Sales Planning Lead to join our global Sales team.
What you will do:
You will be involved with many different aspects of vehicle delivery from pre-orders through to scheduling of the production of the trucks. Through interaction with a broad spectrum of Volta teams (especially Sales, Product and Manufacturing), you will :
- Prepare sales forecasts based on existing pipeline data and ad hoc feedback from the business
- Present and explain this data to various departments around the business, including Finance, Procurement, Product, and Marketing
- Liaise directly with production forecasting that will directly influence and impact their actions and output
We would like you to have:
- Experience in Sales Planning/Forecasting in an OEM
- A good understanding of automotive, its markets and competitive landscape, having worked with trucks would be a major advantage
- Knowledge of and experience in EVs is desirable
- The confidence and gravitas to work closely with key stakeholders and customers
- Experienced in use of Salesforce, Excel, PowerBI is desirable
- Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of French would be a major advantage
