Volta Trucks, a hypergrowth European Electric Truck Manufacturer, is looking for a Charging Solution Charging Admin & Data Analyst to join our Charging Infrastructure department. The role is flexible with a mix of remote working and occasional travel to Volta sites across Europe.
This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious scale-up where you will have the opportunity to contribute and play a crucial role in shaping the short- and long-term contract frameworks for key business areas relating to customers, suppliers, partnerships, service providers and commercial.
What you will do:
This is an amazing opportunity to start your career in Charging Solutions ! You will get a grasp on the business, with a 360° overview of projects across Europe, and build a strong understanding of stakeholder management. As a Charging Solution Planner & Analyst, you will :
- Work with Charging Solution Engineer, Sales and Solution Partners to plan site visit agenda, track and keep the agenda up to date.
- Track and clean data in charging consultation and proposal database
- Generate reports and proposals, maintain templates in different country languages
- Consolidate database, analyse opportunities of depot, truck, charging and vehicles.
- Build reports for management view and key account view.
- Support Charging Solution Project Manager to prepare work orders
- Manage PR, PO, track PO and payment.
We would like you to have :
- Engineering (Electrical engineering, EV, sustainability...) OR technical department assistant background
- Data management and analysis skills and document management
- Experience with CRM (ex. Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI or Tableau would be a plus
- Basic Procurement and Finance knowledge (suppliers and budget management)
- Capacity to adapt, resilience and openness to change
- Spoken and written English is mandatory, another language is a plus
